[Solved] How to properly edit descript.ion (encoding issues)?

i need edit "descript.ion" directly(reference), but there's always some issues?

These strange characters are line breaks (\n) and custom ID (0xC2) reffering to HISTORY.TXT

It seems that UltraEdit has a problem with these characters.
I've never received any issuses while edit descript.ion with Notepad++.
