[Feature-Request] Show relative folder size background bar

Post by *Campus » 2019-03-05, 12:49 UTC

I have the following wish:

When calculating the size of all folders in the current directory using Ctrl+Shift+Enter it's quite hard to see the big folders easily, because the difference between 12MB and 12GB is hard to read in a longer list. It would therefore be great if TC could paint a bar in the background of the size column where the full column is covered for the largest entry and all remaining rows get a bar with a length of the according percentage compared to the 100% of the largest value.

Does it make sense?

Install the DirSizeCalc and DirSizeCalcCharts plugins
Then Quick view in a dir shows you size bars for all its sub-dirs.

I personally think such resource usage should remain as a plugin for those that want it.
Longtime WindowsTotal Commander user, I'm even registered. :)
