Post by *ST1 »

Please make it possible to sort the tabs in the following order: first all the locked tabs, then all the rest

Is it difficult to order them manually? How many tabs do you keep open at once?

They can be move and placed in the order you want by dragging and dropping.

You can disable creating new tabs near current ones to avoid mixing locked and unlocked tabs in Configuration dialog.

Also there is a wincmd.ini setting that forces TC to re-use a single unlocked tab instead of creating one per directory, so an unlocked tab will only be created if only locked tabs exist:
LockedTabChange=1 What to do when changing dir on locked tab:
0: always create a new tab
1: re-use tab with same dir
2: re-use first unlocked tab
3: re-use last unlocked tab
As for me, I lock tabs with allowing directory changes, so TC doesn't need to create a new tab when I change dir in a locked tab.
