keep Drag'nDrop from refreshing directory

Hi all,
finally made the upgrade from 8.54 to 9.21a. very happy so far!

I have one issue - haven't found something in the forum or the FAQ.
My scenario:
Left pane is a list of directories(for example 1-100), right pane shows files.
I could In 8.54 I used the mouse and dragndrop a file (54file) from right to left into the correct directory (54).
Now the left pane always scrolls either to top or bottom of directories.
So I need to scroll down to vicinity of 54 and then dragndrop file (filedescription55) to corresponding directory (55).
In old versions left pane never "refreshed" to top or bottom of directory list and I could simply drag the files to the corresponding correct directory.

Am I missing a config setting somewhere to keep left pane exactly where it is showing the same directories until I manually scroll up or down?

Left pane shows a Network directory \192.168.x.y\directory with the subdirectories 1-100 for full disclosure.

Is there any specific methodology on how the pane either goes to first or to last entry of the directory after a file has been dropped onto one of the directories?

So far for me it seems random?

Try and disable or enable this setting: "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Refresh" -> "Put added files to the END of the file list (default: sorted)" and see what suits you best.
