I have a new Dell Inspiron 13 7000 and have installed TC which is my essential and longstanding file prog. Version is 9.22a.
None of the function keys work. They worked just fine on my old portable but not now.
Ideas?
Thanks
Richard

Best use Google to find out how function keys on your new Dell Inspiron 13 7000 work.
Probably together with pressing an special Dell-key, like "Fn" ?
Or do "F1" work in any other program, like Notepad?
Or do "F3" or "F4" work in WindowsExplorer?

Many keyboards these days have dual mode function keys - by default, they are used for multimedia like play/pause, volume etc. You have to press a special key, as Stefan2 suggests, to switch them to function keys. Sometimes the default can be set in the BIOS setup.
