It is a new feature for changing the encoding of the filenames in the archive:
14.05.19 Added: Choose codepage when unpacking ZIP, ARJ, LZH, RAR, CAB, TAR, GZ via right click on [auto] in tabstop header (name, ext. etc) (32/64)
You have to right-click on it to use it.

Also in Help - What's new in this version:
File operations:
- Archives: Choose codepage when unpacking files, e.g. to unpack names with cyrillic characters. Show [Auto] or chosen encoding in tab header.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
