Have any setting to focus is only for right panel ?

I use tree view in left panel and brief view in right panel.
Have any option to only the focus when moving mouse pointer to be right panel and never the left panel ?

No, you cannot prevent a panel from getting the focus. How would you change directories in the tree if you made it inaccessible?
