Official GDrive plugin cant download binary files?

Never found thread for the plugins and specific plugin.
Never found any info about what features GDrive plugin does or does not support.

So the question then - is it impossible to download anything via plugin that is not known format listed in "Gdrive specific settings"? I'm trying to download some archives and binary files but it just dies.

I have no problems to upload/download binary archive files to(from Google Drive
using Cloud plugin v2.2 for Total Commander

Is it not that thing about the message that Google cannot scan such files and if you want to download them anyways which you first must attempt and allow through the web interface or so?
