bug report: hidden directory ignored when calculating size to copy

Post by *jcelle »

Steps to reproduce (version = 10.0 / windows 10):
- select several directories to copy, one of them must have "hidden" status
- use F5 / F2 to launch a 'background' copy
Expected :
- Size of all of directories computed for showing progress
Seen:
- Size if hidden directory is not taken into account
- progress is wrong
I'll attach a screenshot if this is possible.

Not confirmed. Tried with "hidden" and "system" options unchecked in Configuration - Options - Display.

May this happens if you added one of those Microsoft special pseudo hidden directories like "c:\Documents and Settings\".
Those pseudo directories you can enter only but not count the contents.

Nope, these were real directories.
Though when trying a second time it worked as expected.
I have a screenshot clearly depicting the situation.
I'll post more if I encounter this again and if I can get clear reproducible steps.
Thanks for answering both of you.
