Here is a list of some new features, as we know them from this forum:

- Tabbed file panes
- Regular Expressions for searches
- Natural sorting ability
- Newly designed and updated configuration
- Improved background file transfers
- Improved file selection and selection restoration system
- I guess many bug fixes and updated help file due to the "ground breaking additions".
- Many more which I cannot remember and other users can help here! ;)

How could you forget this:

- Environment-Variable "commander_path" set by TC himself at startup. :P

Cheer up, Karl

pdavit,

I believe, and very much hope so, that Christain added the option of keeping directory timestamps when copying trees to another disk. I am dying for this feature, to the point that I started thinking of writing something myself with Delphi, but no joy for the moment...

IIRC he said he implemented that.

Yes, I have added it! It's optional (via config dialog).

Christian,

God bless you !!!

I still can't find a component, or write myself my directory re-timestaming.

So the ONLY solution for the time being is TC 6 !!!

Come already ! <VBG>
