TC 9.50b1: Black color used for background

Post by *Usher »

Tested with TC 32-bit in Windows XP.

1. In both panels open directories with small number of files to see free space filled with background color.
1. Go to Configuration - Options - Color and if background color it's black, change it, save settings, go out from config and go to Color options again.
2. Click "Define colors by file type…" button, then click "Cancel" to exit this dialog window. You will see background in free space of active panel filled with black. Click "Cancel" again to exit configuration and you will see free space in inactive panel also filled with black. When you click drive dropdown list, there will also be black background there. List will be invisible, if the font color is black as well.

Seems to be fixed in TC9.50b2, but now there is black color used for tab headers. They were OK in TC9.50b1. I'm not sure, which fix was buggy, so see my description here:

I can confirm the bug when using "Tabs on multiple lines". Does it work for you when you disable this option?

When multiline tabs are enabled, all tabs disappear - 1, 2, 3, and more in one panel. With multiline tabs disabled (which is the default state used in my fresh ini), single tabs still disappear, two ore more tabs in one panel are displayed properly.

Confirmed: single tab headers are fixed already in TC 9.50b3.
