[Old] Language changes are not applied for internal tc plugin fields

I noticed it just now, but it's reproduced in 9.22a too.

1. Switch TC interface language into any, except for built-in English.
2. Edit the currently selected LNG file and change the names of the internal tc plugin's fields (lines 1579, 1580, or the new 2061 if you're on 9.50).
3. Go to Settings - Language, re-select the currently used language, click OK.
4. Go to any place where the tc plugin is used, for example, Multi-rename tool - [=?] button.
5. The tc field names remain unchanged.

If you restart TC, the changes become visible. Also, you can force them to be applied by switching to another language, going into the plugin field selection dialog, then switching the language back. (Even simple switching to another language and back does not help, you have to open that dialog; probably to make TC reread the actual translation lines.)

Confirmed.

USing OPENLANGUAGEFILE to load the language file doesn't update the text either.

Currently it's not planned to change this, sorry. It only affects about 20-30 translators. The translation files are cached.
Just switch to English and back during translation.
