According to the Microsoft documentation, error 1411 means ERROR_CLASS_DOES_NOT_EXIST. This usually means that a program tried to create a window whose window class was not registered. I assume that the Bluetooth module of your device is trying to show a dialog without registering the handle first.

Do you get any such dialog if you try the same operation in Explorer?

It probably means that the bluetooth module is using a common dialog or control which the Explorer uses, but which isn't loaded by Total Commander Pocket. Sorry, I have no idea what control this could be. Normally a module should load its own dialogs (e.g. via InitCommonControls) and not rely on the parent program to load it.

i'm not expert
only think i can do it's to give you most informtions i can

i fact there is 2 link in HTC-X7500
1 for PocketExplorer and 1 for BT Explorer
when you click under the BT one
it load PocketExplorer in the BT explor display !

if you click directly on PocketExplorer, you find the BT explorer at the root off the windows

if you don't load the BT explorer Link
we don't have BT link at the root of directory (even in Pocket Explorer)

When you start the BT eplorer link, it appear at the root of the explorer

The real question is: Does the BT Explorer show any special dialog or controls when you try to browse the BT folders, like a connect or password dialog? If I knew what controls or dialogs it shows, I could try to register them so they can be used also from within TC pocket...

That doesn't help me - it's the error dialog TC shows because it cannot display the control. What you need to show me is the dialog which the EXPLORER shows when browsing the Bluetooth network.

Hmm, I don't see any controls right now which are used there, except for the ListView used also by TC. Maybe the help button? Anyway, I could try to just load all avaiable classes with InitCommonControlsEx. Please contact me for a test version if you would like to try this, but you need some patience (e.g. several beta versions) until it works...

Hi ghisler,

same problem here.

More data:
with the Bluetooth-explorer open the TC error is 120
without the Bluetooth-explorer open the TC error is 1411

I'm using an HTC touch find (polaris) with WM6

Thank you for this wonderful program, I could not live without ;-)
