CHMOD in FTP

Post by *qkzoo »

First off, thank you for an excellent tool! I actually ditched Resco Explorer for this! Question, though, is it possible to change file/directory permissions using TC Pocket using the FTP plugin? I.e., using CHMOD... I couldn't figure it out, so wasn't sure if this functionality was present or not. If it isn't, any chance of adding it? Seems like it wouldn't be too terribly complicated...

Thanks,

No, this function doesn't currently exist, sorry. If it's just for a single file, you can enter the command in the "send commands" field of the conenction dialog. Don't forget to remove it the next time you connect. The command is
SITE chmod 700 /path/filename
