Maybe the file is just too big? Try a smaller file, or try copying to an external SD Card.

i allways tried to copy to an external sd-card.
trying to copy a very small file has the same result "Funktion nicht unterstützt"

A last workaround you could try would be to pack (with zip) the file to the local drive. This uses different functions (CreateFile+ReadFile) to access the file.

ok, this solution works, not the direkt way, but a possibility. do you have any suggestion why this error occurs?

No, I don't have any idea - if CreateFile works, CopyFile should work too!
