[bugs] File moving

TC 2.0

1) When TC is switched to a "virtual 2 windows" mode, sometimes this option is not saved across sessions. (Can't reproduce right now).

2) When a file can't be moved (for example, an .exe in use), it is just copied and no warning is displayed.

3) When copying / moving a file, I get a "do you want to overwrite?" dialog, even if there is no file with the same name in the destination directory. It happens on some files (constantly) and never happens on other files. It may happen on copy or move or on move only. I essentially played with the files with "in ROM" attribure.

4) Sometimes I lose the selection if I press "cancel" in a dialogue.

I understand that my remarks are not very informative and ready to provide you any additional info or to play with a debug version of TC.
