I'm sure still many do. In many companies people still use old Win 3.x, they don't need to spend money to change it.
But most of them surely don't visit the forum so... the poll may be not really representative.

some time ago I used the 16bit version on a OS/2-box. There are some realy big companys using OS/2, such as Lufthansa, Deutsche Bank or the european patent office

Me too.
Still carry the 16 around, yeah I have some customers still using a win3 machine for some exotic tasks.
