I have looked at your suggestion carefully, but the only thing it appears to add to TC that isn't already there is the ability to show more than one toolbar at once, something on many wishlists for TC.

You can already drag as many folders as you want to a toolbar of your own making, assign icons, etc.

I personally would not use a toolbar solely dedicated to a particular mode of operation. I like the flexibility of the TC current bar, but want more docking choices and multiple bars at once...
