Non-modal "Synchonize directories" window

When you set TC to do a large slow directory sunchronization, say
over a network, you cannot continue working as the windows is
modal.

For this reason I use several instances of TC, whick kinda work
against the whole tabbed panes feature set.

What about making it run in a seperate thread, non-modal?

yeah, but you cannot work in the directory you're synchronizing, now can u?

No, but I might actually still want to use my filemanager for something else in another directory.
