AppLoader wlx can't working with F3 on Win10 21H2

When Windows 7, I have been using this lister to redirect the different file types to different applications, such as text to NotePad3, image to irfanview, audio、video to MPV, directory to WizTree ... it has been working fine and very smoothly, and will not affect etc lister such as SQLiteViewer ...
But since I upgraded to win10 21H2, Apploader becomes Semi failure state, can't working with F3, Only edit in AppLoader.ini "Lister4=1" could make multimedia play in mpv valided with a unhide lister "page", but text file type (reg、ini、conf) 、imag still can't redirct to ohter editor.

So I went to the publisher's release page and homepage to give feedback, but the developer hadn't appeared for a long time. I don’t know what happened. Maybe he was too busy to update this plug -in, but I'm really like and depend on it now, haven't programming knowledge and experience.
