you don't use cmd.exe when you type sg in command prompt of TC
That's right. And that's why I voted YES.

But in this plugin you'll type in TC command line. My goal is "connect" TC command line to the running instance of cmd.exe and to redirect cmd's output to the window located in TC. Did you try demo plugin? It demonstrate concept. I don't intend to add second (my own) command line to TC but integrate TC and console window.

Yes, I realize the concept. I tried TConsole just right after you made it available and it is damn good! :)
IMHO this approach will look even better in TC6 with it's tabbed interface. I hope you'll keep developing such useful plugin.

It would be nice if you could set the shell. I prefer 4NT to cmd. It would also be nice if the console window supported color. I launched 4NT from within your console, but I didn't get any of the color that I normally have in a shell window.

2robinsiebler If you mean colors for background/foreground you can use standard COLOR command right now. Full-colored screen is more problematic issue.
I never used 4nt. I have to check it. If it really compatible with cmd.exe (i mean redirection behavior and console management) it will be possible to use it.
