I just wonder what is its real use and if it is really necessary... as I couln't find anything mentioned about it it in HISTORY.TXT.
Also I think this is the first time I've seen TC modifying system files and I'm not exactly enjoying it

I don't know how these settings stored in Wincmd.ini it is supposd to be in ultra tc editors.ini
the two settings SectionsRedirectedByDefault & SectionsNotRedirectedByDefault
define which wincmd.ini section redirected by default and which not, i didn't hardcoded this list in the exe file so it easily to change this list if TC change redirect behavior for a section or added new section in the future
