[Wish] Lister: change Unicode to UTF-16

[Wish] Lister: change Unicode to UTF-16

Unicode in the lister menu means UTF-16. Please rename it for clarity.

Well, the difference is minor anyway (UCS-2 has no surrogates). I just don't have a file with which I could test it, because, frankly, I've never ever seen a file using surrogate code points :)

"UTF-16" is right, of course, but used more rarely.

Perhaps "Unicode (UFT16)" is better. It's always good to know what you are talking about and since "Unicode" is too general...

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3
x64: Clients/Servers from Win7 to Win11 and Win2K12Srv to Win2K22Srv, mainly Win10 though.
