The suggestion about search from russian forum:
Supported by 3 people.
1) Search (Alt+F7):
Please add the button "Reset/clear search options" (sets defaults)
2) MRT:
Please - optionally - before starting renaming, show confirmation message, that shows states of all options in this dialog: what file masks selected, what flags checked etc.
This's needed to avoid possible errors when wrong options are stated.
[Suggestion] 2 MRT improvements

I disagree with this second one. I see all options in the MRT window, why should I be bothered with the same options again in a dialog?2) Please - optionally - before starting renaming, show confirmation message, that shows states of all options in this dialog: what file masks selected, what flags checked etc.
[EDIT]
I actually take this back, it might be useful to get an overview of the options selected, since one does not always check / see all the settings at a glance. However, I am not sure if a dialog box is the best approach.
Perhaps the fields that are currently in use could have not a white but a red background? (It works this way in my RSS reader's Filter field - when I type something like "news" in the Filter field, its background changes its color to a light red until I clear the filter.) This should of course only apply to used fields, like if I define 192 for C it only should be highlighted when there is some form of [C] in the Name or Ext field.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
Does it have to be a button? - What is wrong with the present <default> option?1) Please add the button "Reset/clear search options" (sets defaults)

In Search Alt+F7, everything but "Search for" is reset each time the search dialog is closed and opened - so does the dialog really need a reset button?

If you open and close the search dialog you will always start up in the "General" tab - hence you will see the "Search for" field. But if I search by plugins and not see "Search for"?
