TC doesnt ask for admin privilages when unpacking

I try to unpack few archives to "c:\program files" using option "Unpack each archive to separate subdirs". I get access denied error instead of admin privilages prompt.

os: vista 32bit, tc: 7.0 rc4

Indeed this function does not support the "as admin" option. It needs a lot of changes, so only the most important functions are currently supporting it, sorry.
