TC7rc5 - Config Thumbnails, Add button, location popup menu
Dialog: Configuration - Thumbnails
Button: "Add"
Menu pops up at the location of the mouse cursor. That can be anywhere for keyboard users. Maybe some (disabled) users doesn't even have a mouse installed..
Suggested location: near the button
