Would be nice if CBC dialog will allow to change text encoding ANSI/OEM/Unicode in text fields.

This affects the CBC editor, too: If the displayed encoding is changed, the editor should also use this encoding (to prevent that ASCII is displayed, but typing produces ANSI).
