The Total Commander 6.53 shows the path above the file lists. In this path the mapped network drives are show with the mapped drive letter instead of the real network name. The real network name is only displayed in the combo-box where you can choose the drive.
Because other users can have the network mapped to other drive letters or not mapped at all, it is not possible to copy&paste a working link (in an easy way).
Therefore a path display which shows the real network path (maybe selectable per option setting) would be very helpful.

Re: show network path instead of mapped drive letter
Hi, user369.
You may like to read the file "%COMMANDER_PATH%\totalcmd.inc" for related cm_-commands, e.g. cm_CopyNetFileDetailsToClip.
So at minimum in TC7 there is an easy way to copy any UNC path to the clipboard.

The internal T.C.7 command cm_CopyNetNamesToClip might come in handy.Because other users can have the network mapped to other drive letters or not mapped at all, it is not possible to copy&paste a working link (in an easy way).
