network hangs while browsing through shares

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

network hangs while browsing through shares

Post by *Nemesis »

Surfing through the shares of a network group tcmd hangs sometimes for 30seconds and is not responding.

Is there a possibility to add a shorter timeout or to be able to use the esc-key to abort the current action?

Nemesis,
Try applying the reg file from this post. It disables Windows looking for Scheduled tasks and Printers on the network.
