is there a way to write plugin for Quick Search?

I am a Chinese TC user, most of the file name on my disk is in Chinese.

I want to map quick search keywords to Chinese characters in some way to select the correct file quickly.

Is there an existing plugin to do this or is it possible to write a plugin for this?

I'm sorry but TC 7.0x only supports quick search for English right now. The next version of TC (7.5) will support all keyboard types, so you can use e.g. the IME (input method editor) to input Chinese characters also for quick search.
