File list limit on Unix server

Hello, I am using FTP to transfer files to a Unix server, works fine, but Total Commander only displays a maximum of 2000 files on the server, even though I know there are more than 4000, and can prove that they are there. What's going on?

TC doesn't have an upper limit on FTP files - I have no problem to lists sites with several 10'000 files. You should check your FTP server, it may have such a limit. Try alt+enter during a connection, it shows you the raw listing returned by the server.
