I'm not sure if this ranks as a bug or a suggestion, but to be safe i'll put it here, as it probably only affects a very low amount of people.
I'm using total commander in conjunction with a shell replacement, called bblean (can't link to it since i'm a new user). This tool seems to try to keep the taskbar completely up-to-date in re window title changes. That's fine for most programs. However when doing ftp transfers, TC updates the title of that window extremely rapidly, which pretty much causes bblean to lock down completely and make it unsuable while the transfer is goind on.
Would it be possible to add an option with which to define a refresh delay for that window and others like it if there are any?
window title refresh rate on ftp transfers

Hmm, Total Commander only updates the title bar when minimized, or when using the background transfer manager, so it should be no problem if you don't use these two.
