File dragged by right button remain selected

How to reproduce:
1. Set mouse selection mode to "Left mouse button (Windows standard)"
2. Drag a file/folder by mouse right button from one panel to another, to the same panel or outside TC
3. Cancel the operation

The dragged file/folder remains selected when move the cursor using keyboard Up/Down key and selection removes only after click on another file

Confirmed in Win2k SP4.

With LMB-dragging the file gets deselected when the operation is canceled, with RMB-dragging it is not.
