Yes, this is intentional, so you don't by mistake change directory when you just want to focus the other panel...

Bad clicks
Because it may be accidental. It's tricky finding a 'neutral' area in the inactive panel so you wouldn't want it to be too sensitive.icfu wrote:Why would anyone press Shift "by mistake" when he just wants to focus the other panel?
