Are there any plans to update this plugin? In many ways, I like it better than SynPlus, but it has two annoying behaviors:

1. When you click the save icon, it opens the Save dialog instead of just saving the file. I know, I can press Ctrl+S, but old habbits die hard.
2. Files are always locked for editing. I want an ini option to disable this!
