File Decode with auto rename

Is it possible to add an 'auto rename' function to the uue decoder?
Often i get uue encoded mail containing the same file twice or three times (or different files with the same name). To decode this i always have to confirm overwrite or to change the file-name for the extracted file manually.
I would like to have an automated extraction with '_001' added to the filename for the first duplicate, '_002' for the second and so on.
