Logistical Tab Issue

Create a new tab, lock it.

Then, go to a sub-directory, a new tab will open, go back up a directory, you're left with two tabs in the same directory... Wouldn't it be more logical that if two tabs are in the exact same path and panel, that one tab should be removed?

Which one should be closed?
You may have different selections done on each tab !

Or guess you traverse only through the directory (which matches by chance to those of an other tab) to another level directory. => it would be closed before you can click again !
