Synchronize directories did not close

I found a minor misbehavior:

I synchronized two directories and wonder why I couldn't close the sync-window after my work was done (neither click on the close-button nor the X, pressing ESC etc. was working).

Finally I found out that there was a "Compare Content" (Ctrl-F3) window was open, where I made some manual synchronizations for a file and forgot to save my changes. After saving / closing this window, the "Synchronize directories" window was closed too.

Either you should call the compare window from the main TC thread / window or (if not possible) there should be at least a warning that another window is open.
