TC overwriting without warning

I am using Totalcommander 7.04a on Windows XP SP3.
The problem is that while unzipping files using internal packer.
when a file already exists.TC overwriting without warning

Hi, rmmaniac.

Next time that you extract files from an archive, untick the option overwrite existing files inside the unpack dialogue. T.C. will remember this setting for the future.
