I put more icon in IconLib(shown in the image), to use these icon for internal association.
but the icon in FTP list and Breadcrumb changed, as shown below
I am not sure it is a bug or intended.

Not from a DLL

Hello ! Welcome aboard !
• I confess I don't get you totally… But AFAIK, you can't get icons from a DLL.
Whether it contains only icons -and not bitmaps *.BMP- you could try to rename it *.ICL, and test again…
BTW : Indeed your image could help, but that limitation is needed to fight spam;
you can write the address of that image adding spaces or rather underscores “_”, starting with one.
Kind regards,
Claude

Again…
• Well, you image is THERE for other readers wishing to watch it…
• You show the F T P connect list dialogue, and if I get you alright,
you wish the icon #34 you added instead of the original one #30 (?).
- That can't work, you must simply replace the original icon #30 with yours.
The programme looks for the index “30”, not “34”.
- Besides, I don't see what this has to do with the internal associations ?

Hi Clo,
Forgive my bad expression
It seems TC only use the first 25,approximately, before 7.5. ???
I want customize the filelist icon with internal association. then, I put more icon in the FileXP.icl, upto 40. finnaly, assign these icon to specific filetype by internal association.
everything goes well, except the “side effect”, icon in F T P connect list dialogue, and icon in Breadcrumb was changed by the newly added icons.
but that is not what i want to.
Maybe I should not put these new icon into the same IconLib file

Indeed you should either insert these new ftp icons in your iconlib file BEFORE your own icons, or use a separate dll for your icons.
