Tabs Do Not Appear
Hello,
I have tried all sorts of configuration options, but my bar only shows the current tab and none others. I don't know if I am missing something in the .ini file or if its a system problem. I am running Windows 2000 with all current service packs installed. In reading the numerous posts regarding tabs, it seems to me I should be showing a separate tab for each directory opened, but in my case only one appears for the current directory and nothing for previously viewed directories. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

As told by j.x new tab will be created when you pressed the CTRL+T
You can also right click on the current tab and choose the option Duplicate this tab.

A new tab is created when you go in a sub-folder from a locked tab not from a normal tab.it seems to me I should be showing a separate tab for each directory opened, but in my case only one appears for the current directory and nothing for previously viewed directories.

New Tabs
Thanks everyone for your replies. I had not been properly conversed in the operation of new tabs. I understand the procedure now. As a sidebar, perhaps in a future release or maybe as a plugin to the present release, I would find it helpful if the Ctrl+T procedure could be bypassed and a new tab automatically open upon click of a different directory. Just a thought. Again thanks all for your help.

Re: New Tabs
That functionality is already there if you "LOCK" the tabMarsha wrote:Thanks everyone for your replies. I had not been properly conversed in the operation of new tabs. I understand the procedure now.
