[Solved] Quick Search and key-handling

1. Want to delete some files begin with cimg.
Press Ctrl+A, Ctrl+S, typing cimg, press Del-Key and nothing happens.
Otherwise F8 is working.

2a. Want to delete some *.pdf files
Press Ctrl+S, typing *pdf, try to press Ctrl+A to mark all selected pdf files and nothing happens again.

2b. Want to delete some *.pdf files
Press Ctrl+A, Ctrl+S, typing * (for *pdf) but the files are no longer marked.
