I think it's irrelevant with AdMuncher, I don't use AdMuncher, and when I test I also close AutoHotkey, my OS is Win2003 Std Japanese, and I have a folder named "000000 作業用資料", first I type the wildcard '*' to let the quick serch dialog show up, then I use Japanese IME to type "作業" or "資料", but only the first character '作' or '資' is typed.

When "*作" or "*資" being in the quick serch dialog, I can not type in '業' or '料'.

I think it's relevant with the keyboard hooker, my AutoHotkey is auto start when log in. After I delete AutoHotkey from startup folder and restart the OS, everything is fine. Then I manually start AutoHotkey, the condition I described above happened.

Yes, thanks very much for your help in finding it! The problem was that EM_GETSEL was reporting bad values (from string converted to ANSI instead of from Unicode string). So TC tried to insert the new character at the wrong location...
