Filename as tooltip when truncated in ftp

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

File list in ftp doesnt seem to fully obey this setting..when you have this option enabled, ragardless the filename is truncated or not, they would showing as tooltip when you hover mouse pointer on files

Confirmed but not for all files / folders.

Folders must contain two or more dots in names and files must contain three dots or more (not including extension).

In example below red entries give tooltips.
test.one\
test.one.two\
test.one.two.three\

test.one.txt
test.one.two.txt
test.one.two.three.txt
test.one.two.three.four.txt

I don't get the tool-tip on .htaccess. Do you?
chmod a+x /bin/laden -- Allows anyone the permission to execute /bin/laden

How do I un-overwrite all my data?

No tooltip on .htaccess file but folder with single dot at the beggining gets it (in addition to the rules I wrote above).

This is a known limitation of the function - it's not always possible to accurately calculate the width. Sorry, it would take far too long to get it working in all cases.
