Tabs menu question.

I can create a button (cm_DirTabsShowMenu) to take me to the Tabs menu.
This takes me to the tabs sub-menu.
I can then select "load tabs from file" from the sub-menu.

Can I create a button that will take me directly to the "load tabs from file"
folder so I can select the *.tab file of my choice. I know that I can create a button to load a particular tab file.

I am useing Win98SE.
