Original WCMD_ENG.INC and WCMD_ENG.LNG files?

Post by *alm »

As the original WCMD_ENG.INC and WCMD_ENG.LNG are not included with the Total Commander installation, is there a way to somehow export this so one can customize the English menu?

Ofcourse I can use the files by Peter H.S. Madsen, but they are depending on the version and I don't see a RC1 release yet. I can imagine new functions not being in the files of Peter yet, that's why I prefer to edit or use original files...

Why are these files not included with Total Commander, although I know they are built-in, but it might be handy to have them available for customizing a menu. Changing the WCMD_ENG.MNU is not prefered because these are overwritten when TC is updated.
Using TC since 1997, known as Windows Commander in the old days ;)

So, if someone ask about original LNG files, I allow myself to ask a question.

Can you clear the sense of strings 672-676 in it?

TC 7.50 RC1:

Thank you for your quick response!

Will the final version always be on the first URL? So if TC7.50 becomes final will it be available from https://plugins.ghisler.com/languages/wcmd_eng.zip ?

Or perhaps it can be included with TC release anyways? Size is not that big.

Normally yes, if I don't forget to update it. :)
