I suggest to add more explanation for the INI parameter "VistaDelete" to the help:

• Does it cause trouble to keep this parameter active on XP/2000 or older?
  (Does it?)
• And a hint from http://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=179952#179952 :

  wincmd.ini [configuration] VistaDelete=1
  
  You need to turn off the Explorer method then.

No, it's just ignored on these systems. No setting should cause any troubles on any system.
