If I drag&drop an file (xyz.txt) from the left window to a file with the extension cmd (sort_list.cmd) in the right window, TC interprets this as "copy to folder".
I expect that TC starts the programm sort_list.cmd with file xyz.txt as input.
But this doesn't work.
Doing the same in the "normal" Windows Explorer, everything works as expected.
Waiting for an answer ...

An author decided not to implement starting applications on drag'n'drop due to security reasons as explained here (German):

Although interpreting drop on *.cmd as "copy to folder" is a bug IMHO.
For me, it would be annoying to have such feature. There are plenty of ways of working with executables/scripts to choose from (i.e. make a button). With execute on drop I would have many problems when I try to organize my "downloads" folder.

You get this ONLY when you have installed a packer plugin which claims to be responsible for cmd files, then TC sees it as an archive.Although interpreting drop on *.cmd as "copy to folder" is a bug IMHO.
