TC750 bug in Synchronize directories windows

Synchronize directories windows:

after choosing to synchronize the popup windows which asks to overwrite (etc) the file is hidden behind the list and progress window.
No way to get it to the front to continue. Have to kill TC with taskmanager...

note:
this happens when swapping windows much with other programs and other instances of TC etc. Not when only using TC and keeping TC window on top

I have just tried to reproduce that, but failed - the overwrite window always appears in FRONT of the progress dialog, even when I use Alt+Tab to go to some other program.

1. What do you synchronize? Local dirs? FTP? Plugins?
2. What Windows version do you use?
3. Can you give me step by step instructions on how to reproduce it?
