TC 7.50a packing without full path bug

When want to pack a file locally - into the current folder (i.e. remove the full path from the input field with something like "file_name.zip" remaining), Total Commander creates an identical file copy with the name of "file_name.zip" instead of packed zip-file.

Don't remove the "zip:" in front of the path.
